Makar Andreevich Babikov was the platoon commander of the 140th Special Purpose reconnaissance Detachment of the Pacific Fleet, Chief Petty Officer, the Hero of the Soviet Union.

The monument was installed in memory of the Solovetsky cabin boys who died during the Great Patriotic War.

Gennady Dmitrievich Tsokolaev was a Soviet pilot, Guard senior lieutenant, the Hero of the Soviet Union. He was in the Red Army since 1936.

During the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, workers, extermination and communist battalions of Kuntsevo enterprises of the Moscow Region were formed in this building.

Alexey Andreevich Sviridov was a Soviet pilot, senior lieutenant, the Hero of the Soviet Union. He was in the Red Army since 1938.

Alexey Alekseevich Artamonov was a Soviet military pilot, lieutenant, the Hero of the Soviet Union. In January 1939 he was drafted into the Red Army.

At the beginning of July 1941, 12 divisions of the People’s militia were formed to help the regular units of the Red Army on a voluntary basis for three to four days.

The memorial is dedicated to the employees of the Vympel plant who participated in the fighting during the Great Patriotic War.

Nikolai Frantsevich Gastello was a Soviet military pilot, participant in three wars, captain, the Hero of the Soviet Union.
